Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:



Collecting weekly timesheets.

Preparing employees' compensation by the end of each month.

Loading employee related information on the VIP system.

Preparing payment instructions.

Do work confirmations.

Completing UI19, salary schedules & Provident Fund documents.

Preparing employment contracts.

Compiling rosters.

Completing leave forms & leave schedules.

Compiling payroll reports.

Compiling final settlements, dismissals, resignation, transfers, etc. letters.

Attending to payroll queries.

General payroll admin and filing.

Preparing documents for the Department of Labour.

Requirements:



At least 2 years' payroll experience.

At least 1 year's VIP Premier experience.

Intermediate Excel skills.

Good communication skills - written and spoken.

Good planning and organisation skills.

Self-discipline.

A good team player.

Job Type: Full-time
