Payroll Administrator position available in Pretoria.
A Payroll Administrator, full time, is required in Pretoria for a financial services company.
This role involves managing employee data, calculating statutory deductions (PAYE, UIF, etc.), and submitting relevant reports to SARS.
Requirements:
Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans
SAGE/VIP payroll system exp is a must
Payroll Processing:
+ Calculating and processing employee wages, including salaries, hourly pay, overtime, and other compensation. Deduction Management:
+ Managing various deductions like taxes (PAYE, UIF), pension contributions, and other voluntary deductions. Attention to Detail: Essential for maintaining accurate records and ensuring error-free payroll processing.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using payroll software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools.
Relevant Qualifications: A degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field is often preferred.
* 2+ years of experience in Payroll Administration.
