Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full payroll function accurately and efficiently
  • Handle statutory submissions and payments PAYE, UIF, SDL and IRP501s
  • Administer benefits, garnishees and third-party payments (medical aid, provident fund, etc.)
  • Maintain and update employee data for engagements, exits and changes
  • Resolve payroll queries with professionalism and speed
Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Relevant Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Payroll or HR
  • Minimum 3+ years full-function payroll experience (non-negotiable)
  • Must have hands-on experience with Sage 300 People
  • High accuracy, solid understanding of statutory compliance and strong attention to detail
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume industry (automotive exposure a plus)
