Our client is on the lookout for a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to manage and oversee the company's end-to-end payroll operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction, working extensively with SAP and collaborating across multiple departments, and keeping both their systems and people happy.
Duties:

• Payroll Processing - Manage the complete payroll cycle via SAP, including salary adjustments, reconciliations, and benefit/deduction processing
• Maintain Accurate Employee Data - Maintain and update SAP records for promotions, salary changes, and role adjustments.
• Compliance and Auditing - Prepare tax submissions (EMP201, EMP501), provident fund contributions, and statutory returns while supporting audits
• Manage Time Like a Pro - Oversee SAP time administration, resolve queries, and ensure accurate payroll inputs
• Update the Organogram and Cost Centre Allocation - Maintain the company's organisational structure in SAP, including position creation and cost centre allocations
• Be the Payroll Go-To - Assist employees with payroll queries, interpret payslips, explain processes, and troubleshoot SAP issues

Education and Experience:

• BCom Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
• 5-7 years' payroll administration experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
• Attention to detail, integrity, problem-solving ability, and customer service orientation

Skills:

• Advanced MS Excel
• Experience with SAP is essential
