As a Payroll Admin you will responsible for the following:
- Managing the end-to-end payroll process with accuracy and efficiency
- Overseeing the biometric timekeeping system and ensuring data integrity
- Administering employee benefits, including processing enrollments and updates
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records in the HR Information System (HRIS)
- Preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and related documentation
- Coordinating recruitment logistics such as interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Handling employee requests, including employment verifications and payslip queries
- Ensuring timely updates of personnel files and records
- Assisting in the delivery and tracking of key HR initiatives
- Supporting internal audits and ensuring compliance through proper documentation
- Providing administrative support on employee relations matters
- Maintaining organized, confidential, and comprehensive employee files
- Managing and monitoring employee leave records and supporting documentation
Diploma in Human Resources or a related field
24 years of proven experience in payroll and HRIS administration
