Job Description


Job Summary Duties:

  • Capturing of External Suppliers including Garnishees & Maintenance orders.
  • Email of remittance advices to salary creditors.
  • Process leave forms for Support Centre.
  • Maintenance of personnel files for all monthly paid staff.
  • Administration duties in Payroll department
  • Death benefits and funeral claims for companies.
  • Control of contracts for fixed term contracts (FTCs);
  • Compliance and administration
  • Workmens Compensation: Yearly preparation of the W.AS.8 reports (ROE) and send them to our consultants for submission
  • Department of Labour documents to be done monthly which includes the following documents:
o UI19
o Salary schedule
o Certificate of Service
o Employment confirmations
o Salary breakdowns
o Maternity documents
  • Maintains a monthly input filing system
  • Compiling of monthly termination list to be send to IT
  • Pens/Provident fund administration
  • Medical aid administration
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • 2 years experience as a payroll administrator
  • Experience on Sage 300 people
  • Excel
  • Immediately available
