My client is in the construction sector and is currently looking for a Payroll Administrator that will join the finance team as soon as possible.
As a Payroll Administrator you will responsible for the following:
Salary Payroll
- Update salary changes, reconcile third-party payments, and maintain reports.
- Assist with payroll queries and complete UI19 forms.
- Process wages for different payroll frequencies, import hours/allowances, and capture earnings/deductions.
- Ensure timely payroll and third-party payments, print and distribute reports, and perform reconciliations.
- Assist with EMP201, EMP501, and various reporting (Equity, Skills, etc.).
- Support HR queries.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with tax/labor laws.
- Maintain employee records and generate payroll reports.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies, stay updated on software, and collaborate with the team to meet goals.
- Maintain payroll documentation and procedures.
Completed Payroll qualification
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
Sage VIP advanced would be preferred
