A private hospital group with the aim of putting high quality healthcare within everybody's reach is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team at their office based in Bryanston, Johannesburg.
The Payroll Administrator ensures accurate and timely processing of the hospital's payroll in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organisational policies. The role is responsible for maintaining payroll records, addressing payroll-related inquiries, and supporting the efficient operation of the HR and finance departments.
The Payroll Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring employee satisfaction by managing compensation
processes with precision and confidentiality.
Education, Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma or degree in Finance or Accounting, or a payroll related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in the healthcare sector or hospital environment.
- Knowledge of South African labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Knowledge of various time and attendance methods.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in Kronos, specifically, familiarity with UKG Pro.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
