Pepkor Speciality is seeking to employ a Payroll Administrator, the successful incumbent will be responsible for the administration and processing of monthly salaries - inputs, deductions, salary adjustments, third party payments, generating and checking reports, resolving queries as well as all other payroll-related administrative and support duties.

Key Responsibilities
Processing end-to-end payroll for multiple business units within deadlines.
Ensuring accurate and compliant wage and salary calculations.
Collaborating with HR to maintain up-to-date and accurate employee data.
Responding to payroll queries timeously and professionally.
Performing monthly reconciliations and preparing payroll-related reports.
Supporting month-end processes and statutory submissions.
Continuously identifying improvements for accuracy and efficiency in the payroll process.
Working knowledge of payroll administration within a full monthly Payroll cycle, including: capturing; processing monthly and bi-weekly payments and monthly reporting, is essential.
Minimum 3 years working experience on SAGE PEOPLE 300 essential
Experience in processing multiple payrolls essential
Strong multinational tax knowledge essential (RSA, Botswana, Lesotho, Eswathini, Namibia)
Skills and overall proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite essential
SAP experience preferred
Deadline-driven with strong organizational abilities essential
