Payroll Clerk

to join our team and play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient payroll operations.

Essential Criteria (Non-Negotiable):

Over 6 years of payroll experience in a corporate environment, managing payroll for 500+ employees. Proficiency in SAP Payroll is mandatory with 5 years + experience

Key Responsibilities:

Process

weekly payments

for employees and manage wage deductions. Accurately

capture and verify hours worked

. Conduct payroll checks and adjustments as required. Upload

bank files

for salary payments. Ensure timely distribution of

payslips

to supervisors. Address

payroll-related queries

before the next payroll cycle. Process and

pay invoices for Labour Companies

. Manage

loan processing and payments

. Provide support for general

payroll inquiries

. Experience with

Spinifex reporting

is a plus.

What We're Looking For:

Strong knowledge of

payroll administration and compliance

. Experience with

Spinifex reporting

is a plus. A detail-oriented, deadline-driven professional with excellent problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Grade 12 / Matric
