We're looking for a Payments Operations Manager to design, run, and continuously improve payment operations end-to-end in a high-growth fintech environment. You'll be the operational anchor, building processes, managing banking partners, troubleshooting issues, and keeping liquidity rock-solid.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and document payment processes (inward, outward, internal transfers)
  • Execute and monitor daily payment flows
  • Manage reconciliations, settlements, exceptions, and escalations
  • Maintain strong banking and liquidity partner relationships
  • Ensure compliance with AML, regulatory, and scheme requirements
  • Prepare operational reports and support audits
OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE
  • 3-7 years in payment operations, banking, treasury, or PSP environments
  • Strong knowledge of EFT, SWIFT, RTC, wallets
  • Experience managing banking relationships and RFIs
  • Solid reconciliation and exception management skills
  • Preferred: fintech/PSP experience, exposure to crypto on/off ramps, treasury & liquidity management
