We're looking for a Payments Operations Manager to design, run, and continuously improve payment operations end-to-end in a high-growth fintech environment. You'll be the operational anchor, building processes, managing banking partners, troubleshooting issues, and keeping liquidity rock-solid.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and document payment processes (inward, outward, internal transfers)
- Execute and monitor daily payment flows
- Manage reconciliations, settlements, exceptions, and escalations
- Maintain strong banking and liquidity partner relationships
- Ensure compliance with AML, regulatory, and scheme requirements
- Prepare operational reports and support audits
- 3-7 years in payment operations, banking, treasury, or PSP environments
- Strong knowledge of EFT, SWIFT, RTC, wallets
- Experience managing banking relationships and RFIs
- Solid reconciliation and exception management skills
- Preferred: fintech/PSP experience, exposure to crypto on/off ramps, treasury & liquidity management
