Parts Sales Executive - Motorcycle Dealership Stellenbosch | Permanent | Full-Time
Are you passionate about motorcycles and delivering excellent customer service? Join a dynamic motorcycle dealership in Stellenbosch as a Parts Sales Executive, where you'll drive gear and parts sales while building strong customer relationships.
Role Objective To optimise motorcycle parts and rider gear sales with high profitability and maximum customer satisfaction, ensuring the availability and accurate delivery of the correct parts.
Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers and maintain existing relationships
• Identify stock availability and manage special/non-stock item orders
• Accurately order, locate, and issue parts based on job cards
• Present rider gear and parts to company standard
• Ensure pricing accuracy and product knowledge at all times
• Promote the brand and products to walk-in, phone, and email customers
• Keep displays and workstations neat and well-organised
• Respond professionally to all enquiries and provide technical guidance in simple terms
• Minimise risk and maintain high security awareness
• Attend monthly departmental meetings

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• 2+ years' experience in parts sales (preferably in a dealership setting)
• Valid driver's license
• Motorcycle, parts, and rider gear knowledge advantageous
