As ideal candidate you will have:

A certificate or diploma from a recognized culinary or pastry arts institution
/p

Proven experience leading a professional pastry kitchen, ideally within a luxury restaurant or 5-star hotel
/p

Strong baking skills and deep expertise in traditional and modern Italian desserts
/p
p
Solid foundation in pastry techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
/p
p
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, with a collaborative and calm approach under pressure
/p
p
A sharp eye for presentation, detail, and consistency in high-end pastry production
/p
p
A proactive attitude with a passion for innovation and seasonal menu development
/p
p
A valid passport and readiness to relocate to Dubai
