Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and produce a range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to the highest standard ?

- Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality across all creations

- Develop new recipes and menu items using seasonal produce ?

- Follow strict food hygiene and safety regulations ?

- Monitor stock, order supplies, and manage inventory efficiently
p
- Plan and organise pastry production schedules with the kitchen team
p
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pastry section
p
Requirements:

- Proven experience as a pastry chef, preferably in high-end or luxury hospitality
p
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert preparation
p
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure ?
p
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills

- Team player with strong communication skills

Package:
