Executing the preparation and production of various pasty items, ensuring that creation meets the highest standards of taste and presentation.
Quality Control: Conduct regular taste tests and visual inspections to main the quality and consistency of all pastry items.
Menu Development: Collaborating with Senior Pastry Chef to contribute to the development of new pastry recipes and menu items.
Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels of ingredients, assist in the ordering of supplies and ensure that the pastry section is well-stocked and organized.
Training & Supervision: Training and supervising junior pastry staff.
Sanitation and Safety: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
