Overview My client a 5*Star Safari Lodge on a consession within the Kruger National Park is urgently recruiting for a Pastry Chef de Parti . Remuneration Structure:

- Grade 10 Required
- Tertiary Culinary Arts qualification from a recognised insitution
- Computer Literacy required
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef ( min 3 years )
- Strong Pastry Skills - essential for this position
- High degree of trustworthiness
- Committed to minimising the impact on the environment
- Displays a sense of urgency and dedication to meeting the business needs
- Presents impeccable grooming and dress and ensures good hygiene
- Ability to work in a team
- Pay great attention to detail
- Have a willingness to learn
- Ability to establish relationships with people from different backgrounds

- Physically fit and healthy
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
