Manage the complete dealership, including sales of parts, and service departments
Develop, align, and implement sound business strategies to achieve dealership goals
Measure the delivers of operational plans, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
Ensure business retention while driving the expansion of new business opportunities
Manage budgets to align with operational plans and monitor performance, and report on variances
Drive sales targets, customer satisfaction, and overall dealership profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders
Lead, coach, and develop the team to ensure high performance and excellent service delivery
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience as Senior Management
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in the motor industry, specifically car dealerships
Extensive knowledge and strong background of passenger vehicles
Presentable, sales-oriented, trustworthy, and skilled in building lasting relationships
Well connected within the motor industry
Proficient in dealership management software (Evolve)
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and advanced MS Excel skills
National Senior Certificate
Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!
