Job Description

Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
Market Research

  • Monitor competitor product and service information in the market daily and report findings to the company
Service Products
  • Research, plan, and support the implementation of service products that reflect competitor trends and customer needs in the market
  • Analyse offerings from external vendors to create an optimal product lineup that promotes workshop visits
Retention Rate
  • Establish a reliable method for collecting retention rate data and ensure the accuracy of the data collected
  • Analyse the data and provide support for planning and implementing improvement activities
Aftersales Advertising
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to promote aftersales services and contribute to the creation of lifelong customers
CS & SR System
  • Monitor and analyse system usage to ensure optimal performance
  • Discuss system improvements with suppliers and support the development of systems that adapt to market conditions
Workshop Visit Promotion Activities
  • Plan and support the implementation of seasonal campaigns as part of initiatives to promote workshop visits
Success Factors & Key Challenges
  • Support comparative analysis of market trends and our own products and services to propose necessary action plans
  • Monitor various KPI results against targets and create improvement plans as needed
  • Monitor competitor activities and performance
  • Collect relevant information to be provided and updated for the sales, marketing, service, and parts departments
Requirements / Knowledge / Skills:
  • 2-5 years' related Aftersales Marketing Administrator experience in the Automotive industry
  • Relevant Marketing or equivalent Tertiary qualification
  • Autonomous functioning and self-reliance in maintaining own workflow, priorities and meet business requirements and deadlines
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with ability to establish new systems, processes and procedures
  • Effective communication and Interpersonal Relations skills
  • Data analysis skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Data evaluation and segmentation
  • KPI-driven analysis
  • High level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Motor Industry experience Essential!!
Special Requirements:
  • Extensive local travel will be required with 3 to 5 nights per month away from home
  • Flexibility and willingness to work outside of usual office hours
