A vacancy has risen for a Part time Office Generalist to join a dynamic team of dedicated individuals in our North Riding office. This is a chance for a versatile applicant to grow their career by making use of a supportive learning environment.

Position Overview



As an Office Generalist at Sun Trees Nursery, you will play a key role in supporting our daily administration, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities



Handling incoming calls and communications

Assisting with marketing efforts

Performing general clerical duties and errands

Providing personal assistant support to the manager

Creating and maintaining databases

Essential Skills and Qualifications



Relevant qualification

Proactive, grit, and able to thrive in a dynamic and unpredictable environment

Good mental agility [ability to process instructions quickly]

Effective time management

Excellent command of the English language [written and verbal]

Adaptive and able to multitask under pressure

Must be figure minded
