Job Description

Key Output




Ensure relevant daily warehouse KPI's are exceeded Comply to specifications of order type by customer within time and quality standards

Ensure warehouse procedures are carried out safely within the framework of compliance to SOP's.

Ensure duties are carried out to ensure achievement of warehouse performance standards. (i.e. Maintain parts stock, reduce stock loses/damages)

Ensure accuracy of stock counts, picking, binning

Effective investigation and resolution of all stock discrepancies and implement control measures.

Maintain good housekeeping standards

Qualification, Experience and Competencies



Grade 12 Drivers Licence Customer service orientation

Basic knowledge of Parts Good communication skills

Ability to follow instructions Be able to work independently

Process compliance orientation, Teamwork ,Attention to detail ,Numeric accuracy Computer literacy

Relevant Troubleshooting capability

* Ability to be trained as Forklift Operator
