1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in automotive service management, marketing or related fields is preferred.

2. 1-3 years of experience in after-sales service or dealer network coordination in the automotive industry.

3. Possess excellent communication, coordination and customer service skills.

4. Fluent in English, African and Zulu, capable of efficient communication with dealers and service outlets.

5. Detail-oriented, responsible and able to collaborate across departments to drive problem-solving.

1. Be responsible for coordinating with the company's accessory-related dealer service outlets, service stations and partner networks to ensure smooth accessory service support.

2. Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with dealers and partners, and promote the improvement of accessory service capabilities.

3. Assist dealers in solving accessory service problems and provide technical or process support.

4. Collect feedback from dealers and service networks, and regularly report the operation status of the network and improvement suggestions to the management.

5. Assist in conducting accessory-related training and capability improvement activities to ensure uniform service standards.

6. Track the implementation of accessory service projects and promote the improvement of customer satisfaction.
