We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Sales Executive to join a reputable UD dealership in Middelburg.
The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in parts sales within a commercial dealership environment.
Salary: R12 000 - R15 000 + Commission + Medical aid + Pension fund + 13th cheque.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in customers and workshop staff with accurate parts identification Process quotations, sales orders, and invoices timeously Maintain up-to-date product and pricing knowledge Manage stock levels, perform bin checks, and assist with stock control Handle telephonic and email parts enquiries professionally Ensure efficient issuing, receiving, and storing of parts Build strong customer relationships and maintain service excellence Work closely with the parts, workshop, and service teams
Requirements:
National Senior Certificate UD Certified Parts Certificate (advantageous) * Minimum 3 years' experience at a franchised commercial dealership
