Job Description

MAN TRUCK & BUS CENTRE JOHANNESBURG currently has a vacancy for a Parts Sales Executive to grow, manage and retrain new and current customers in order to meet required sales volumes that contribute to overall company growth and superior customer service. Reporting to the Parts Manager the ideal candidate must have at least 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as a Parts Sales Executive within the commercial vehicles industry.
Specific Role Responsibilities

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet monthly sales targets as set out in the annual budget.

• Ensure communication between the Company, OEM and customer are as per Motus standards.

• Actively market the Brand in allocated and approved target markets.

• Actively penetrating the truck market to grow our customer base will be essential.

• Ensuring benchmarking of customer satisfaction, Dealer Standards and Manufacturer Standards are maintained.

• Take personal responsibility to comply with MAN Truck & Bus JHB policies on ethical business conduct and behavior, report any contraventions that could be harmful to the business to senior management of the company.

• Quote and sell parts to customers

• Source parts orders from customers

• Customer care relationship

• Maintain and grow current customer base and sales.

• Identify and develop new customers

• Quarterly stock take

• 24 hr standby (if required)

• Adhering to Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric Grade 12 essential

• Good interpersonal relations with ability to communicate at all levels

• 5 Years truck parts knowledge (MAN OEM an advantage)

• Technical experience (an advantage)

• MAN parts knowledge ( an advantage )

• Must have commercial selling experience

• Sales and Customer Relations

• Driverxe2x80x99s license

• Keyloop ( Drive) will be an advantage.
