Job Description
Our client within the Automotive Industry, Northcliff, is looking for a Parts Sales Executive.Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric
- Valid Drivers License
- 34-year experience working in a pre-owned workshop environment
- Maximize profits by ensuring maximum sales of parts to trade and retail customers and by maintaining a satisfactory parts service to the workshop.
- Ensure the highest degree of Customer Satisfaction.
- Automotive platforms CRM
- New Vehicles Part Management
- Pre-Owned Vehicles Parts Management
- Cash Sales
- Aftersales Management
- Engage suppliers and hold them accountable for deliverables
- Be able to perform duties unsupervised
- Must be able to multitask and work under pressure
- Customer service orientated
- Deadline driven - ability to meet targets
- Strong team player
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
