Reporting to the Planning & Procurement Supervisor, the Parts Project Planner plans and coordinates project related parts procurement and supply. The planner identifies requirements, sets the timeline for supply, and identifies and mitigates potential risks to supply. The planner remains in constant communication with all internal and external parties related to a project to ensure a smooth supply of the right parts in the right quantity at the right time to the project.

? Fill Rate > 90% on project related jobs
? Risk analysis and mitigation of potential risks to procurement and supply for projects
? Accuracy of communication with all internal and external stakeholders
Primary Responsibilities
(but not limited to)
? Plan and coordinate the procurement and supply of parts within the required timeframe for all projects
? Monitor and analyze effectiveness and efficiency using qualitative and quantitative tools
? Feed project parts requirements into the ERP system using the appropriate planning methodology while upholding department KPI's
? Consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure the best outcome
? Risk analysis and the effective mitigation of potential risks regarding the procurement and supply of parts for any project.
