Requirements
Matric Certificate; Maths and Accounting as subjects would be an advantage
A minimum of 5 years experience as Parts Manager in a large dealership with a proven track record
Hands-on management and self-driven abilities, coupled with analytical and problem-solving skills and integrity
Advanced computer literacy
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
Competent in all aspects of running a large parts department
Accuracy and strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment
Duties / Responsibilities
Manage the sales, staff, and finances within the Parts Department
Maintain inventory records and implement Franchise Standards within the department
Monitor all progress, expected completion times, and administrative processes
Promote and implement customer enthusiasm and owner loyalty to grow existing and new customer relationships
Lead, develop, and motivate staff
