Salary: R25,000 R35,000 + Benefits + Commission
Our client, a reputable dealership, is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to join their team in JHB. This role requires a strong leader and a solid background in managing dealership parts operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Parts Manager in a dealership environment
- Strong leadership, stock control, and supplier management skills
- Ability to drive sales, maximize profitability, and manage costs effectively
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
- Valid drivers license
- Oversee parts department operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability
- Drive panel sales growth and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier negotiations
- Train and lead a high-performing parts sales team
- Ensure excellent customer service and aftersales support
