Bosch Car Service seeks a Parts Department / Capturer Admin Clerk with mininum of 3 years experience and extensive knowledge of motor vehicles or parts.

Requirements:
SA Citizen
Responsibilities:
Capture daily parts and stock purchased from suppliers.
Return incorrect parts - create credit notes
Capture supplier credit notes
Monitor refunds for returned parts
Admin / Filing
Follow up on Part Claims
Responsible for parts movement
Monitor stock levels
Monitor buying price of parts that corresponds with quoted price
Assist Service Advisors & Manage
Manage daily usage of special tools and diagnostic equipment by technicians via a logbook.
Receive and check parts deliveries according to purchase orders.
Build professional relationships with suppliers.
Build Excellent part specific supplier knowledge.
Carry out regular stock take.
