Job Description

Bosch Car Service seeks a Parts Department / Capturer Admin Clerk with mininum of 3 years experience and extensive knowledge of motor vehicles or parts.

Eager and fast learner [will receive training on Motor vehicle management software - Auto Manage] Excellent communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills [sourcing correct parts] Able to work under pressure. Excellent organizational skills Planning and time management skills Interpersonal skills Good Administrative skills Working hours from 7h30 to 17h30 Able to work on Saturdays 8h00 - 13h00
Requirements:

SA Citizen
Responsibilities:

Capture daily parts and stock purchased from suppliers. Return incorrect parts - create credit notes Capture supplier credit notes Monitor refunds for returned parts Admin / Filing Follow up on Part Claims Responsible for parts movement Monitor stock levels Monitor buying price of parts that corresponds with quoted price Assist Service Advisors & Manage Manage daily usage of special tools and diagnostic equipment by technicians via a logbook. Receive and check parts deliveries according to purchase orders. Build professional relationships with suppliers. Build Excellent part specific supplier knowledge. Carry out regular stock take.
