We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Parts Clerk to join our Ford Hermanus team. The Parts Clerk will be responsible for parts receiving, binning, distribution, stock takes, and ensuring timely delivery to meet the needs of our customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment..

Minimum Requirements
Min 2 years' experience within an automotive parts department
Previous experience in parts administration, inventory management, or a related field
Proficient computer skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of parts and supplies
Inspect incoming parts for accuracy and quality
Work closely with internal departments to fulfill parts requests
Maintain outstanding order listing and reconcile backorders
Resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders
Maintain organised and efficient storage of parts inventory
* Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation as needed
