Effective and efficiently daily distribution of backorder analysis to internal users.
Effective and efficiently management of supplier feedback to requisitioned.
Effective and efficient management of supplier lead-time.
Housekeeping.
Manage all open backorders, Accurate and consistent report management and feedback.
Maintenance and focus on the Backorder process and reports in order to reduce lead times and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Grade 12
Sound MS Office Knowledge
Valid Driver's license
Strong communication skills on all levels
2 years' experience in a parts environment
Attention to detail and process; Analytical approach.
Strong business process knowledge
Strong communication skills at all levels
* Basic Numeracy skills; Good time management; Planning and Organising
