Partnerships Manager

What will you do
Market Ownership: Take full ownership of the South African market -- from hands-on execution to expansion strategy.
Partner Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and close deals with venues, festivals, promoters, and cultural creators.
Full Sales Cycle: Lead everything from outreach and negotiations to onboarding and long-term partner growth.
Relationship Building: Become the face of Xceed locally -- building strong relationships and deep community ties.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations to localize and improve the partner experience.
Product Feedback: Bring actionable insights from the field to help us evolve our product and growth strategy.
Performance Tracking: Own your CRM pipeline, forecasting, and reporting -- driving a data-first sales operation.
Brand Representation: Represent Xceed at industry events and conferences to grow our network and visibility.

What are we looking for
Demonstrable experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
A proven track record of closing high-value deals and scaling growth
Strong knowledge of South Africa's nightlife, events, and entertainment space
Solid network across venues, promoters, and industry stakeholders
CRM-savvy (Pipedrive is a plus), and confident with forecasting and performance tracking
Strategic and data-minded, matched with a strong ability to take initiative and action
Excellent communicator and natural connector
Fluent in English (bonus if you speak local languages or dialects)
