Partnership & Gifting Manager - Luxury Wine Estate (Franschhoek)
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Partnership & Gifting Manager to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in the Franschhoek area. This is a key strategic role suited for a dynamic and creative individual with a passion for building partnerships and crafting bespoke gifting experiences.

Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification in sales, marketing, business or a related field
3-5 years' experience in business development, partnerships or strategic sales, ideally within the gifting, luxury goods, hospitality or lifestyle sectors
Proven ability to initiate, negotiate and manage business partnerships and large-scale client relationships
Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet targets
Strong communication and presentation skills in both Afrikaans and English
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events
Creative mindset with a passion for luxury products and curated gifting experiences
Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and secure collaboration opportunities with corporates, agencies, and brands aligned with the estate's values and aesthetic
Business Development: Expand the corporate client base with a focus on high-volume opportunities including holidays, events, client and employee gifting
Creative Gifting Solutions: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create tailored hampers and branded gift bundles that reflect the estate's identity
Campaign Collaboration: Develop engaging, seasonal, and co-branded gifting campaigns targeted at corporate buyers
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, delivering a seamless service from proposal to final delivery
Market Insights: Monitor and analyse industry trends to maintain a leading edge in the premium gifting space
