Partner: New Business (Junior) Logistics

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business leads, upsell where applicable.
Understand client needs and present value-driven solutions.
Negotiate pricing aligned with company strategy.
Manage onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth handover to operations.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit required reports.
Provide market insights and contribute to continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Grade 12 (Essential);
Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business (Advantageous)
Minimum 1 year in sales (Essential)
Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
