Receptionist for a Medical Practice in Westwood, Durban

: We are seeking a highly competent and open-minded all rounderwho is willing to take on tasks for the greater good of the efficiency of the company.

We are Rebels at Dr Y Wellness. It is a Human Enhancement Medical Centre which aims to combine Nature and Technology to assist any Patient (Whether Sickly or Healthy and looking to Optimise) to find Balance in their Lives.

Candidate should be Computer Literate and able to operate a Paperless
Online Platform for inputting patient medical aid details, taking online and card payments and Guiding patients through ordering via the Online Store. You should be able to Handle tactfully responding to Emails, WhatsApp's and customer Enquiries via Social Media.

The Candidate should have Excellent Communication skills to deal with patients, Business Partners and Suppliers. You should be familiar with the systems of the Human body and have an Interest in the field of Medicine because you will be answering questions and guiding patients about products and promoting Health and Wellness very often. Skills in Product sales will be beneficial in order to explain and sell items in the Practice or Online, or even at a Pop-up store in a Market or at an Event if our team is needed there.

Working hours: 09:00-18:00pm (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Company Overview

: Dr Y Wellness is a contemporary holistic Wellness Centre that offers GP Medical services by a Medical Doctor, the company also deals with Legal Medical Cannabis Prescriptions/Dispensing and Alternative Medicines like Functional Mushrooms and Intravenous Therapy attempting to bring about an Eco-system to South Africa where patients have access to a Medical Doctor who can guide them to Enhance and Heal their bodies. The Company has two physical registered medical practices in La Lucia and Westville (Durban) and an Online Store which manages Product sales Nationwide.
