Job Summary STEM Online Lesson Developer Position: STEM Online Lesson Developer Location: Remote / Hybrid Reports to: Head of Curriculum & Content Development Role Overview We are seeking a tech-savvy STEM Online Lesson Developer to design and deliver engaging digital learning materials across Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). The role requires strong subject knowledge, creativity, and the ability to make complex concepts clear and exciting for learners. Key Responsibilities Develop interactive online lessons that align with curriculum standards. Create multimedia resources (presentations, videos, activities, assessments) that support learner engagement. Translate abstract STEM concepts into learner-friendly explanations and visuals. Ensure lessons are inclusive, accessible, and adaptable to different learning environments. Qualifications Must be studying towards a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a STEM discipline (Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.). Experience in teaching, content development, or instructional design. Strong digital literacy and willingness to learn new e-learning tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to balance accuracy in subject content with creativity in presentation.
