Job Description
The main purpose of the position is to serve the Tax Department as a Paralegal / Legal Secretary. The position is purely administrative eventhough experience in Taxation would be benificial.xc3x82
Requirements:
- 2 yearsxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99 experience minimum as a Paralegal in a Law firm is essential
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
- Legal attorney/firm exposure with an understanding of a legal practice
- Attention to detail and being meticulous in all aspects is critical
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment, reporting to more than one attorney at any time
- Being Deadline driven
- Be able to type, draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents prepared
- Be able to attend to invoicing and arranging of payments of invoices
- Good administrative skills assisting with printing, filing and sorting of documents and the preparation of large bundles of documentation including photocopying and scanning
- Good communication skills with the ability to attend to telephone calls
- Must be in possession of a driverxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s license as well as a vehicle
