auto accident cases

Role Summary:

We are seeking a

licensed lawyer

or highly experienced paralegal with

3-4 years of U.S. legal industry experience

in

auto accident and personal injury law

. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of

negotiating and settling claims

with U.S. insurance companies and managing cases from intake to settlement under attorney supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage U.S. auto accident and personal injury cases from intake to resolution Draft demand letters, settlement proposals, and legal correspondence Negotiate claims with U.S. insurance adjusters under attorney guidance Review and summarize medical records, accident reports, and police reports Maintain deadlines and documentation in legal case management software Communicate with clients, insurers, and medical providers professionally and promptly

Required Qualifications:

Law degree from an accredited university (

required

) 3-4 years of hands-on experience in

U.S. personal injury or auto accident law

Proven experience

negotiating and settling U.S. insurance claims

Excellent written and spoken English (professional level) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment Proficiency with case management software preferred
