Panel Beater
Job Description
We are looking for a Panel Beater who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of the full refinishing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sanding, masking, and prepping surfaces for painting.
- Dismantle and reassemble vehicle components and panels as needed.
- Assess damages and perform minor mechanical tasks.
- Understand and properly use all equipment.
- Interior detailing knowledge is a strong advantage.
Required Knowledge and experience:
- Trade Test Certificate in Panel Beating
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in welding, metalworking, and spray painting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
