Job Title: Paid Ads Manager

Working hours: 9am-6pm EST
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Paid Ads Manager to lead and scale paid acquisition across Meta and Google Ads. This role focuses on full-funnel performance, from prospecting to retargeting, with a strong emphasis on ROI, ROAS, and measurable growth.
Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Build and manage prospecting and retargeting campaigns to drive qualified leads and conversions.
  • Own performance tracking and optimization across CPA, ROI, ROAS, and other key metrics.
  • Manage monthly ad budgets ranging from $30,000 to $40,000 USD, ensuring efficient allocation and spend.
  • Develop and guide paid ads creative strategy, including briefing creative teams and testing new concepts.
  • Continuously optimize funnels, including landing pages, audiences, offers, and conversion paths.
  • Implement accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting using HubSpot.
  • Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports in Looker Studio.
  • Communicate performance insights, learnings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, best practices, and emerging paid media trends.
  • Test new channels including X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and Snap.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns at scale.
  • Strong experience with both prospecting and retargeting strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to measure, analyze, and improve ROI and ROAS.
  • Experience managing monthly paid media budgets of $30,000 to $40,000 USD.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot for lead tracking, attribution, and funnel reporting.
  • Experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Looker Studio.
  • Strong understanding of paid ads creative testing and optimization.
  • Experience optimizing marketing funnels and improving conversion rates.
  • Highly analytical, performance-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with B2B lead-generation funnels.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and the GA4 suite of tools.
  • Familiarity with CRO tools, landing page builders, and A/B testing best practices.
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales and revenue teams.
