Minimum 5 years of experience in an agency role focused on Paid Ads or Performance Marketing
Google Ads Certified, with advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and campaign optimization
Strong technical confidence and proven ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly interpret data and strategic insights
Self-managed, focused, and highly structured in approach to work
Track record of long-term commitment in previous roles
Genuine passion for travel, nature, and Africa's tourism industry
DUTIES
Effectively manage workload capacity, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a with creative and strategy teams to align performance marketing with brand storytelling and campaign objectives
Set up and manage tracking and analytics using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and UTM parameters to ensure accurate, actionable insights
Design, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and display networks
Build and interpret KPI dashboards to support data-driven decisions, continuous A/B testing, and ongoing ROI improvements
Support marketing automation, including CRM trigger workflows and Mailchimp email sequences
Deliver clear, transparent reporting and maintain consistent accountability throughout campaign cycles
