Paid Media Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to support the planning, setup, management, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across multiple clients and platforms. This role focuses on day-to-day campaign execution, testing, reporting, and performance improvements, working closely with the Paid Media Manager to drive consistent growth, innovation, and results across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels.


Responsibilities




Set up, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms Implement campaign structures aligned to strategy, objectives, and budgets Manage on-page boosting and content amplification to support organic and campaign content Ensure correct tracking, tagging, and platform best practices are applied Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise for reach, engagement, leads, and conversions Test audiences, creative, formats, placements, and messaging to improve results Identify opportunities for performance improvements and scalable growth Stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and new ad formats Compile regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations Track spend, performance, and key metrics against agreed KPIs Highlight wins, challenges, and optimisation opportunities to the Paid Media Manager Support month-on-month growth strategies through data-driven insights Work closely with the Paid Media Manager to execute paid media strategies Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and social media teams to ensure creative is optimised for paid performance Support campaign planning, launches, and testing initiatives Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all paid activity


3-5 years' experience in a paid media or performance marketing role, preferably within an agency environment Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn Strong understanding of paid social, search, and performance marketing principles Experience with content amplification and page boosting Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously Organised, proactive, and performance-focused Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field Platform certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok) advantageous Ongoing learning and upskilling in paid media and performance marketing encouraged Detail-oriented and methodical in execution Curious, innovative, and eager to test new approaches Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment * Confident communicator with a results-driven attitude
