Job Description

Purpose of the role:

• Google AdWords Management: Develop, implement, and manage Google AdWords campaigns to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital advertising strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring a strong ROI.
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets, optimizing ad spend to maximize results and meet business requirements.
• Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases for campaigns.
• Ad Content Creation: Write and optimize ad copy to maximize click-through rates and conversions.

Job Responsibilities:

• A/B Testing: Continuously test and refine ad campaigns, landing pages, and targeting to improve performance.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data and analytics tools to track campaign performance, provide regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and monitor competitors' digital advertising strategies.
• Lead Supplier Coordination: Liaise, engage, refine, assist, manage and report on various lead suppliers ensuring they are staying within budget for Google Adwords and are delivered the desired results.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful Google AdWords campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, including certification, and a strong understanding of PPC advertising best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong budget management skills.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including analytics and keyword research tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
