We're looking for a data-driven Paid Ads Specialist who can take full ownership of digital ad campaigns from strategy to execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on optimizing performance, analyzing results, and driving measurable growth through Google Ads and LinkedIn Display Ads.

? What You'll Be Doing
? Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping.
• Execute LinkedIn Display Ad campaigns targeting B2B and professional audiences.
• Implement and optimize retargeting strategies to re-engage visitors and boost conversions.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad copy, visuals, and landing page assets.

? Optimization & Analysis

• Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Manage budgets, monitor bids, and ensure optimal use of ad spend.
• Generate detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.

? Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features.
• Recommend and test new advertising channels and creative formats.
• Contribute to the overall growth marketing strategy and share learnings with the team.

? Who You Are

• 3-5+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Display Ads and B2B advertising.
• Proven track record of improving ROI and achieving performance targets.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and attribution.
• Analytical thinker comfortable with data interpretation and dashboard reporting.
• Detail-oriented multitasker who can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a collaborative, team-first mindset.

Bonus Points

• Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Shopping).
• Experience with Facebook Ads or Microsoft Ads.
• Knowledge of CRO principles and landing page testing.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRMs.
