We're seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Expert who brings a blend of strategic thinking, platform mastery, and deep analytical capability. This role will own the full lifecycle of our paid acquisition efforts -- from planning and execution to optimisation and reporting. You'll be instrumental in scaling our digital footprint, improving ROI, and shaping data-led decisions across the organisation.
Develop comprehensive paid media strategies across
Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn
, aligned to overarching marketing and business objectives.
Build campaign frameworks, funnel structures, audience maps, and messaging matrices.
Conduct competitive research and identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning.
Define campaign KPIs, success metrics, and attribution models.
2. End-to-End Campaign Execution
Set up campaigns with meticulous attention to targeting, bidding, creatives, and placements.
Build segmented audiences, lookalikes, custom lists, and retargeting funnels.
Implement best-practice pixel tracking, events setup, conversion tags, and UTM structures.
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure creatives are optimised for performance.
3. Optimisation & Scaling
Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven adjustments.
Conduct thorough A/B tests (ad copy, creative, placements, audiences, landing pages).
Optimise for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate depending on funnel stage.
Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns without compromising ROI.
4. Advanced Reporting & Analytics
Create clear, actionable weekly and monthly performance reports.
Use insights to diagnose performance issues, uncover growth opportunities, and recommend strategic pivots.
Build dashboards that visualise key metrics, trends, and forecasted results.
Present recommendations and insights to leadership in a clear, structured, data-driven manner.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, product, content, and sales teams to ensure messaging alignment.
Provide insights that influence broader marketing strategies, creative direction, and customer journey optimisation.
Share campaign learnings to inform long-term brand and acquisition strategies.
6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
Suggest new campaign types, platform features, tools, and growth strategies.
Bring a proactive, experimental mindset to drive breakthroughs in performance.
What You Bring
Minimum 2-4 years experience running paid ads across
Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn
.
Strong understanding of full-funnel acquisition and customer journey mapping.
Expertise in data interpretation, reporting, and analytics software (GA4, Ads Manager dashboards, Looker Studio, etc.).
Deep familiarity with testing methodologies, optimisation strategies, attribution, and tracking.
Strong project ownership skills -- able to work autonomously with a solutions-first mindset.
Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear business insights.
