MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Grade 12 or equivalent will be preferred. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Packer is required. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written. Able to work overtime / weekends in accordance with operational requirements. Prior experience in packing within the Production environment will be an added advantage.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAKEY PERFORMANCE AREA

Collect orders from warehouse. Pack and unpack boxes. Check quality of products to ensure adherence to standards. Report deviation from standards to supervisor or team leader. Assist in other positions and departments in accordance with operational requirements. Ensure achievement of targets in line with quality standards in a highly pressurised environment. Adhere to Safety regulations and report any safety irregularities to management. Maintain good housekeeping.
