About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented

Packer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packing high-quality products, ensuring accuracy in orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This is a

strict night-shift position

, and the working hours are

non-negotiable

.

Key Responsibilities

Pack products according to quality standards and customer specifications. Report to work on time for the

12:00am-09:00am

shift (non-negotiable hours). Follow the weekly work schedule:

Sunday 12:00am to Saturday 12:00am

, with allocated monthly days off (1 Saturday & 1 Thursday). Keep the packing area clean, tidy, and sanitized daily. Ensure all products are stored in their correct demarcated areas to prevent wastage and spoilage. Pack accurate quantities and ensure all packed products meet quality standards. Minimize product and packaging wastage. Complete all assigned orders fully --

no shortages are acceptable

. Sanitize and clean all packing equipment, including plastic pallets, daily. Complete the daily cleaning schedule for the packing area. Store all products in their correct zones before the end of each shift. Always wear proper PPE.

Requirements

Ability to work strict, non-negotiable night-shift hours. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Ability to adhere to hygiene, safety, and PPE standards.
