This position is responsible for the daily administration of the brewery operations and general company administration.
Focus Area 1
Administrator
Assist with weekly and month-end stock counts
Transferring of stock into Warehouse (System and Physical)
Receipting, Returning and Reconciling of packaging raw materials after each shift
Completion of production tickets daily
Assist production administrator with data capturing where applicable
Ensure daily tasks are done to correct company procedures and work instructions
Apply strict and accurate loss control
Participate in effective problem solving
Focus Area 2
Health and Safety
Perform Food Safety and Quality related activities as part of the FSMS and QC functions
Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations
Requirements of the Role
Grade 12
Minimum of 1 year experience in an FMCG environment
Proficient in Microsoft office
Preferred Skills/Competencies
Demonstrate a proactive and committed work ethic
Compliance with OHSAct standards
Active participation in daily boardroom briefings
Team player
Good record keeping
