Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and personal support to management
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel logistics
Handle general office duties including filing, data capturing, and document preparation
Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and logistics providers
Track shipments and manage delivery schedules
Maintain accurate records of stock, orders, and deliveries
Assist with reporting and communication between departments
Requirements:
Previous experience in an Admin or PA role (1-3 years)
Background or exposure to logistics / supply chain preferred
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
