PA to Group CEO
Location: Parktown, South Africa
Industry: Pharmaceutical
Additional Requirements: Availability to work outside normal hours and ocassional travel as required.

PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Provide high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support to the Group CEO, ensuring efficient management across multiple companies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a PA, EA, or Chief of Staff supporting C-suite executives.
• Experience in multi-company environments and strategic project management preferred.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Emotional EQ
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with financial reporting and stakeholder engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executive Administrative Support:

• Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings.
• Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence.
• Draft and proofread reports, presentations, and communications.
• Organize and coordinate board meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.
• Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Project & Performance Management:

• Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across group companies.
• Oversee strategic projects and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Support financial tracking, including budgets and expenses.

Travel & Logistics Management:

• Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries.
• Process and track travel expenses and reimbursements.

Confidentiality & Communication:

• Handle sensitive business information with discretion.
• Draft high-level correspondence for key stakeholders.
• Maintain professional relationships with external partners.

Office & Resource Management:

• Maintain digital and physical document systems.
• Implement and optimize productivity and project management tools.
