The job will include the following tasks:

Human resourses

  • sorting out employee files
  • leave
  • disiplinary action
  • recruiting
  • etc
Personal assistant
  • assisting directors with admin tasks
  • managing directors appointments
  • creating spreadsheets and documents
  • creating powerpoint presentations
  • assisting the directors with micro-management
  • Dealing directly with external customers/partner bodies.
  • Dealing tactfully with sensitive issues.
  • Numeracy, financial and budgetary skills.
  • Accurate time management and prioritisation.
  • Able to take responsibility within defined parameters.
  • Analytical and practical.
  • Able to work autonomously and an excellent team player.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Tactful and diplomatic.
  • Able to solve or pre-empt problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal effectively with staff at all levels in order to provide an excellent level of customer care.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, including the ability to make judgements about competing priorities and identify resources accordingly.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to use appropriate IT applications effectively (including Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
